Newman Village is the latest upscale residential gated and guarded development in northwest Frisco Texas. The entire community spans 400 acres off Eldorado Parkway and Legacy Drive. Amenities of Newman Village Frisco includes a swimming pool and tennis courts for resident use. The on-site sales office also serve as an art gallery and an amphitheater to the outdoor courtyard. Arts is what Newman Village plans to differentiate itself in the Frisco Texas neighborhoods. There are plans to call for more sculptures and art galleries in the future. This project hopes to encourage buyers who truly appreciate arts and diversity in the community.
