Panther Creek Estates (PCE) is a highly-sought after master-planned community/ neighborhood in Frisco. Located on the north side of Frisco Texas, Panther Creek Estates borders Hillcrest to Coit and Eldorado Parkway to Panther Creek. Intermedco developed Panther Creek Estates in early 2004. Since that time, many builders have participated in building PCE. They are Buescher Homes, Mercedes Homes, Centex, Meritage Homes, Bowen Family Homes and the two latest builders are First Texas Homes and D.R. Horton. Legendary Homes - a sister-company of Buescher Homes participated but only built very few homes during their time at Panther Creek. Panther Creek Estates sales record has been positive in 2008 and looks to remain strong in 2009. From approximately 560 houses in late October 2006, we have over 860 homes in January 2007 and now, September 2008, almost 1,000 families call Panther Creek Estates home.

You can expect to find traditional brick homes at Panther Creek Estates with price ranges from $150,000 for 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garage homes (around 1,800 square feet) to over $350,000 for 5 bedrooms, 3 or 4 baths, 2 or 3-car garage homes (over 4,200 square feet). These homes are built from 2004 to many builders who are still currently building homes at Panther Creek Estates. Many homes have granite countertops, open and spacious family room/ kitchen floorplans.

Panther Creek Homeowners Association turned over to resident-controlled. This means that there are ample opportunities for residents to serve and take this community to a higher level. The HOA Board is active and constantly meeting to discuss various projects/ strategies to make PCE an even better community. PCE also has smaller committees ranging from Beautification, Architectural, Communication, Social, Covenants, Pool and Safety Committees.

More neighborhood activities include Book Club, Mother's/ Couple's Night Out, playgroups, National Night Out, Fall Carnival and much more.

Directions:
From SH 121, head north on Preston Road until Eldorado Parkway. Turn east (right) until Hillcrest. Panther Creek Estates is located on the northeast corner of Eldorado and Hillcrest.
