Parkside Estates is located between Hillcrest and Coit Road off College Parkway in Frisco, Texas. Built in 1999, Parkside Estates consists of two phases. Grand Homes and Paul Taylor Homes were the original builders of this community and Grand Homes came back to build Parkside Estates in 2003 in Phase 2.

There are approximately 200 homes in the first phase and about 100 homes in the second phase. The community start at around 1600 square feet (three-bedroom homes) to over 3800 square feet (four-to-five bedroom homes). Most houses are in the 2,000 to 3,000 square feet range.

Parkside Estates have low Homeowners Association dues. It is less than $150 per year. The HOA dues cover the maintenance of common areas and HOA Management fees. Parkside Estates does not have a community swimming pool.

Parkside Estates is a small but beautiful community. Homeowners love to spend their time taking care of their lush landscaping. You will feel right at home as you drive up to the homes in the community.

Directions:
From Coit and SH 121, head north on Coit. Turn left (East) onto College Parkway. Parkside Estates is located on the right at Mount Vernon.
