It is my pleasure to present to you one of Frisco's TX communities, the Villages of Stonelake located at the border of Frisco and McKinney TX. Villages of Stonelake is a luxury communities living where its residents can find top-notched home quality features of all sorts. See Photo Gallery below for some samples.

The builders of the Villages of Stonelake are Shaddock Homes, K. Hovnanian and Sotherby Homes - all of which are high-quality builders here in the metroplex. The extensive stone elevations and pleasantly-designed architecture are one of Villages of Stonelake's high selling points. Since these are exceptionally recognized builders, their homes are well-designed and floorplans laid out to maximize its openess feeling of each home.

The starter homes of Villages of Stonelake begin with 3-bedroom 2,000 square feet for around $300,000 and the larger homes are typically in the 3,800 square foot and up (4-5 bedrooms), pricing around the $400,000 or so. All builders have inventory homes and are eager to price them attractively to move them. Many of these inventory homes already have high-end upgrades in them.

Buyers of Villages of Stonelake have a large selection of upgrades to choose from: stainless appliances, high-end kitchen cabinets, countertops and backsplashes, hardwood and high-end travertine/ ceramic tile selections are some of the more common upgrades found in these homes. More and more buyers are opting to upgrade the patio with their extension outdoor packages as well too. With energy efficiency being a concerned, many of these homes have the option of adding the radiant barrier roof decking system during the construction phases.

The Villages of Stonelake is one of the "Stonelake" communities in the same area; not to be confused with the Stonelake West and Stonelake communities. All three of these communities are clustered for the same school zone, the Frisco Independent School District. Ashley for Elementary school located in the adjacent Stonelake community, Roach for the Middle School - located off Independence and Eldorado and Liberty High School off Lebanon and Independence.

The amenities of Villages of Stonelake include city park, swimming pool and hike and bike trails. One of a good buying feature of Villages of Stonelake is that the elementary school is close by. Many parents walk their children to school during good weather days.

From Custer and SH 121, head north on Custer. Take West on Eldorado. Turn into community off Eldorado (on your left). Note: It is Villages of Stonelake, not to be confused by the Stonelake community entrance.
