The good news is that staging has taken center stage, worked its way into known as an accepted concept for Home Selling in today's Buyer's market.

Staging has changing my business just like blogging did. I believe in this philosophy so much that I made it a business requirement of accepting listings to sell. Prior to understanding the concept, I thought that staging is decorating. Let me reiterate ... over 2 years later, of constantly repeating this concept over and over again in selling my Frisco TX homes, proving that staging works and staging sells homes faster,

STAGING IS STAGING IS STAGING. STAGING IS NOT DECORATING.

PS: Staging in Frisco Texas is not an option. Period. No furniture? No worries, we can rent those furniture for you.

Objective when a home seller sells his/ her home: Sell wall and floor spaces.

Staging has no intentions of "decorating" a home. It is about accentuating these objectives: your wall and floor spaces. Up-playing the awesome features of the homes so much that the minor imperfections of the home becomes immaterial. Yes, staging can do that.

So, what good would it do if you have a wall full with framed art of friends, family and vacation trips? The buyers become so focused on wondering whom you are or where you have been, forgets to notice the venetian faux walls the pictures are on. Staging goes beyond de-cluttering. It is showcasing the home, giving the buyers some imagination of what life could be in the home.

Placing a tall vase with even taller plants on the fireplace mantel can draw the Buyers' eyes up to notice how large and open the family room really is.

Setting a small reading area with a side table in the Master Bedroom corner gives the Buyers a sense of comfort in the bedroom. Don't forget the reading glasses. It really looks like the owners are using it!

Those closets that are full of clothes you haven't worn in years? Maybe while you are putting the house on the market, waiting for the sale to come through... just start packing NOW so you don't have to do it later. I like to give Buyers a neat and tidy impression of the Home Sellers. Somehow, Buyers infer since they take immaculate care of their closets, they'd do the same to the entire house!

Every home is a story waiting to unfold. That's why I love staging so much. Staging accentuates features of homes that quite honestly, some sellers have been hiding. I've been to homes where Sellers place their couch in front of the fireplace to stop kids from playing in them. It's quite a waste, actually. Guess what my advice was?

With staging, I've sold homes as fast as 1 day, in multiple offer situations and for full-price offers. Yes, all in this challenging real estate market that the Media is painting.
