I am proud to announce that new homes in Frisco TX has continued to boom despite the economic conditions. Even though the Frisco Texas new home construction permits has declined this past couple of years (2007 and 2008), new communities and neighborhoods in Frisco Texas are developed everyday.

Below are some of the new home communities coming to Frisco Texas:

Sorano Frisco

Located between Main Street, Frisco and Eldorado Parkway off Independence, Sorano Frisco has just started its community development. Lots seem to have been divided but as of early December 2008, there are no official builder signs on the location. Newcastle Homes - the builder at Shaddock Creek Estates - will be building at Sorano and the price point should start in the $400K.

Villages of Stonelake Frisco

The Villages of Stonelake is located across the new subdivision, Sorano Frisco on the east side and located north of Stonelake West community on the south. The builders of the Villages of Stonelake include K. Hovnanian and Highland Homes. The price range start at the $300Ks. To visit the model homes, head North towards Eldorado on Custer. Turn West (left) on Eldorado. The Villages of Stonelake will be your 2nd community on your left (south of Eldorado).

Eldorado Crossings Frisco

Eldorado Crossings in Frisco TX is another community project built by First Texas Homes and Paul Taylor Homes off Eldorado Parkway, directly east of Independence. At this time (December 2008), the model homes for both the neighborhood are almost complete. The price will start in the high $200Ks.

These communities are in its infancy stages. The timing of purchase cannot be better here. It is Winter and these builders know that sales are slower now, and even harder to come by in this economy. I anticipate that the incentives to start off these communities will be very attractive.
