Some people do have concerns living in a new Frisco TX home community especially still under construction. Safety is the big issue. But here's from my own personal experience: I have built 2 homes. The 1^st  Frisco TX home was built in 1999 at Parkside Estates Frisco. There are times we forget to close the garage door but nothing went missing in the garage. The 2^nd (Panther Creek Estates Frisco) is currently still under construction. So far, still no problems. We have had petty crimes like the teenagers kicking trash cans around, and I've heard the cars were broken into once or twice by teenagers, but nothing of severe crimes.

Theft and vandalism would be the only thing I would "worry" about. But then again, it could happen anywhere. And if you forget to close your garage door, it could happen again anywhere, not just new Frisco TX homes.

 Sometimes I do get sadden by the fact that people thinks that the construction workers are up to no good. If you spend 10 minutes speaking to these folks, you will find are these people are some of the most hard working people you will find. They work from dawn to dusk and sometimes 7 days a week just to earn a living for their families to have a better life back home. And here we (as Americans) are afraid that they might do no good. I wouldn't say that 100% of them are perfect but even if it happens, it will be a small scattering occasion.

So, dont worry about the petty crimes in new Frisco TX neighborhoods. If it happens, it would be a scattered incident - I could at least say that's true here in the Dallas, Frisco TX homes market.
